Our Commitment to Privacy:
Our customers? privacy is very important to us. To better protect your privacy, we do not share any information that we collect with anyone outside our company. We do not share or sell e-mail addresses, addresses, or phone numbers that we collect either through sales or inquiries to anyone outside of our company.
The Information We Collect:
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on any of the CadParts Website. On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive information and/or free 30-day trial evaluations of our product. In these circumstances, we collect the following information:
- Name
- Company Name
- Company address
- Email address
- Phone Number
In the event an order is placed, you will need a registration code to use our Insertion Programs. In order to issue a registration code, we collect the Serial Number and Version of the SolidWorks Program that is being used. The reason that we collect this information is to protect us from theft and unlawful use of our product. When the registration code is entered into your computer, our installation software examines the SolidWorks Serial Number in your machine to verify that it matches the Serial Number that was supplied to us. If it does, it proceeds with the installation, if it does not; the installation is stopped and supplies an error message to the user.
It should also be noted, that WE DO NOT COLLECT Credit Card Numbers. We use a third party company by the name of PAY PAL for our Credit Card Purchases. If you desire to order our product with a credit card, you are transferred directly to the Pay Pal Website and then directed to our ordering sheets located inside the Pay Pal Website. At that point any information that you enter will be done in the Pay Pal environment and will be subject to their Privacy Policy. After your have entered your Name, address, and credit card number with Pay Pal, they (Pay Pal) notify us that you have placed an order and that money has been credited to our Pay Pal Account. They supply us with the shipping information only (we do not receive your Credit Card Number or even which Credit Card was used). We then ship the product to you. We do not share or sell the information that is supplied to us from Pay Pal.
How We Use Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself only to complete your order and to register our product with you. We do not share or sell this information to anyone outside our company. We may on occasion notify our customers about updates that are available. We also use this information for product support in case the customer contacts us.
Our Commitment to Data Security:
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information: none of your information is accessible on line. We keep separate files off line where all of this information is stored.
Our Commitment to Children?s Privacy:
Protecting the privacy of children is very important to us. No part of our website is designed or structured to attract any children. Since we do not ask for your age when you are requesting information of free downloads, we do not know if a child is requesting the information or if it is an adult. All information regardless of age is protected by the above policy.

If you would like to change any information that we have about you, or to be removed from our files, you may contact us and all or part of the information that you have supplied may be changed, modified, or deleted.
